Prices

All prices on meshfirm.com are in EUR or Danish kroner and are inclusive of all taxes and duties but exclusive of VAT. Payment fees are settled according to PBS’s permitted rates for the relevant card type and are included in the prices.

Payment

After the course has been held, we will send an invoice to the person specified under payment information when registering.

Unsubscribe (right of withdrawal)
Cancellation > 3 weeks before the first day of the course: No payment is made for the course.
Cancellation 2-3 weeks before the first day of the course: 50% of the course fee is paid.
Cancellation < 2 weeks before the first day of the course: Registration is binding and full price is paid.

Course change

We continuously develop our courses, and changes may therefore occur in the course descriptions. Any changes will be published and updated on meshfirm.com. We reserve the right to change the time, course location, price, instructor and content, as well as the right to cancel a course if the number of participants is less than expected. In the event of cancellation or significant changes, the individual participant will be notified directly to the e-mail address provided at registration.

Catering

For our open courses, lunch, coffee and refreshments are included in the course price (however, this does not apply to online courses).

Handling of personal data

We do not distribute personal data including, but not limited to, indirect/direct sale, disclosure, rental and/or transfer. Data is only stored for use for the given sale and cf. the Annual Accounts Act, and any user can direct contact and gain insight into what is recorded. Your e-mail will only be used in accordance with § 6 letter a of the Marketing Act (and we endeavor to only send a minimum regarding the sale in question).

Use of technology

Mesh Firm uses cookies to continuously monitor activities on the website, including all communications, which are continuously read and logged. Cookies are also used on the website with the aim of giving you a better experience. By accepting, you consent to Mesh Firm’s use of such technology.

Consent to the processing of other information

As a user, you consent to Mesh Firm processing other information, including customer number, username, password, IP address, login, login times (year-month-day-hour-minute) and other interactions with Mesh Firm’s server, including copying of texts and images , login frequencies. The information is not passed on to third parties.

Consent to marketing per e-mail

As a user, you also consent to Mesh Firm being allowed to send e-mails, including marketing of own or third-party products or services.
