To grow and improve their payment solutions platform, AltaPay started building a new data platform.
They gathered a new team who could work on building the data platform. Shortly after they started, the Product Owner left for maternity cover.
Thus, AltaPay now needed a Product Owner who could onboard fast and start building with the team. The team was newly established and just getting started with Scrum. The new Product Owner’s main tasks were to support the team in working agile as well as making sure the new product is being developed.

As part of our responsibilities our Senior Product Owner took care of newly established team, helped with implementing agile methodologies and worked on launching with the team a new Data Platform.

When offboarding, our Product Owner ensured continuation and adoption of all the implemented practices. They also helped training the Product Owner coming back for maternity leave, ensuring a lasting impact.
